Theme : Victory Over Sin Through Union with Christ

We have new life in Christ as Christians; through baptism, we are united with Christ in his death and resurrection, and are therefore no longer slaves to sin but alive to God. We are encouraged to offer ourselves to God not to sin, sin is no longer our master, Christ is.

The Holy Spirits empowers us with strength to resist sin and we are encouraged to submit our members to God as instruments of righteousness. Practicing this repeatedly will bear fruit -holiness and the end is eternal life.
